Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Lean Six Sigma)
- Experience with metrology, inspection techniques, and quality assurance tools
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Experience with AI-powered quality tools
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 principles
