Advanced QE

Advanced QE with 3-5 years of software quality assurance/testing experience in financial services/asset management. Responsible for test planning and strategy, test design, environment setup, test data setup, defect and configuration management, and ensuring alignment with business requirements and Agile workflows. Proficient in database testing (SQL, Snowflake, Postgres) including stored procedures, views, and tables; experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems and large data set testing. Capable of first-level root-cause analysis, Unix command-line log access, and AWS tools (S3, Secrets Manager) and AWS cost models. Ability to monitor application logs, coordinate with development and cross-functional teams, publish results, and track defects through the full lifecycle. Exposure to workflow tools (AutoSys, Airflow, Stonebranch UAC) and strong Python or similar programming skills. Familiar with test metrics, shift overlaps with ETD, and Agile project life cycles. Added advantage for test automation in large data projects and knowledge of Alteryx, Informatica, or DBT. Formal education includes a Bachelor of Technology or MCA; 3-5 years of QA/testing experience in finance is preferred. The role is full-time with a hybrid workplace model (designated office days and remote days) in Hyderabad, India.
