Job Summary
Develop and execute program budgets and schedules that meet Customer and Northrop Grumman standards for the Take Charge And Move Out (TACAMO) Program. Direct and control program activities across multiple functions and suppliers while overseeing subcontractor activities to ensure hardware integration and successful program performance. Ensure the program team adheres to contract scope, manage changes throughout execution, and cultivate customer relationships to assess program effectiveness. Provide overall leadership to the program team, conduct thorough risk and opportunity management including identification and mitigation, and maintain dialogue with customer leadership. This role operates on a 9/80 schedule and requires a Top Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
- Minimum 8 years of related experience
- Master's degree with 6 years of related experience
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
- Nuclear Hardness & Survivability (NH&S) Experience
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to clearly define expectations and work through interpersonal interactions across organizations and levels, including team members, peers, subcontractors, Northrop Grumman leadership, and customer leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as an Earned Value Management System Control Account Manager (EVMS CAM) and/or past profit and loss statement (P&L) accountability
- A minimum of 3 years' leadership experience
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in a management position
- Risk & Opportunity management experience
- Proven ability to deliver effective communication verbally, written, and through well-crafted presentations across all levels of an organization
- Experience collaborating with multiple functional groups, subcontracts, and government customer representatives
- PMP Certification
