Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist (PPM/EVM)

Job Summary
Manage and analyze project and program performance to ensure alignment with strategic, financial, and scheduling objectives using Earned Value Management Systems. Develop time-phased cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters, analyze historical and predictive program performance, and monitor Estimate at Complete and schedule completion dates. Identify critical paths, recommend resources, and contribute to root cause analyses and tactical planning for Strategic Weapon Control programs. Prepare review documents, coordinate EAC and risk data with Finance analysts, and support proposal development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Domain knowledge in program and/or product life cycle and financial processes (IPMDAR reporting, NDIA Guidelines)
- Earned Value Management and scheduling tool experience (Deltek Cobra, MS Project)
