Job Summary
Manage and analyze project and program performance to ensure strategic, financial, and scheduling objectives are met using Earned Value Management Systems. Develop time-phased cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters while monitoring Estimate at Complete and schedule completion dates. Analyze historical and predictive program performance to identify critical paths and recommend resources to program managers. Gather data for reviews with engineers and IPT leads, compile reports, and coordinate EAC, risk, and management reserve data with Finance analysts. Contribute to root cause analyses, corrective actions, and tactical planning while preparing program review documents for customers. Support proposal development activities including fact finding and negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Domain knowledge in program and/or product life cycle and financial processes (IPMDAR reporting, NDIA Guidelines)
- Earned Value Management and scheduling tool experience (Deltek Cobra, MS Project)
