Job Summary
Advanced Professional Services Consultant to lead end-to-end Brightree HME/DME software implementations, including configuration, training material development, and remote client sessions. Responsible for documenting business and technical requirements, conducting group trainings, creating internal/customer documentation, managing escalations, troubleshooting software issues, tracking defects, and transitioning customers to standard support. Requires collaboration with clients to design workflows, provide status updates, and deliver adoption-focused solutions, with travel up to 30% and emphasis on healthcare software implementations, client-facing delivery, and continuous product feedback to improve the user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience implementing, project managing or training on healthcare software systems
- Experience implementing and/or training on Brightree applications
- 1+ years of experience training users on HME/DME applications
- 1+ years of experience implementing forms-based software
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) application and performance criteria
- Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical software and implementation issues
- Leadership skills including the ability to manage customer expectations and drive project results
- Experience training software users in a highly diversified environment
