Job Summary
Advanced Processing Team Member, 2nd Shift Traditional: Prepare ingredients for batching, operate and maintain processing equipment, monitor production flow, and ensure batches meet quality and food safety standards. Utilize SAP, IQS, MII, and Weever; perform equipment changeovers; participate in sanitation, safety, and continuous improvement; and support teammates to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. Requires mechanical aptitude, strong communication, and adherence to GMP/SQF/HACCP/FSMA; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk up to 90% of shift. Education: High School Diploma or GED; 1 year manufacturing/food production experience preferred; forklift certification preferred (required for higher levels). May require overtime on occasion and weekend work.
