Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and retail clients, providing expertise in deployment, maintenance, managed services, and lifecycle support. Support the full sales cycle by identifying operational challenges and translating them into scalable service-led solutions that optimize store performance and improve uptime. Lead the definition of detailed retail service requirements, including store rollout strategies and field service models, while coordinating with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to articulate the value of DN's retail services in enabling efficient store operations and supporting digital transformation.
