Job Summary
Lead on complex cases and provide expert guidance to colleagues in statutory social work services. Deliver assessments, care planning, and reviews with the child’s voice central to decision-making. Support families to achieve stability and positive outcomes through effective interventions. Collaborate with partner agencies for coordinated support, maintain accurate case records to professional standards, and participate in reflective supervision while contributing to service development. Requires Social Work England registration, UK eligibility to work, a full UK driving licence, and a Degree in Social Work (or equivalent); substantial post-qualification experience in long-term child protection.
