Advanced Practitioner Hybrid, Multi Clinic Dallas Fort Worth, TX- Full-Time

Advanced Practitioner Hybrid role overseeing infusion care in physician-based ambulatory infusion centers across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Responsibilities include evaluating referrals, admitting patients for infusion, developing initial and ongoing plans of care, monitoring plans, performing physical exams, reviewing lab studies, requesting diagnostics, and initiating any required physician-level actions. Acts as the primary clinical liaison between referring physician offices and infusion centers, delivers patient education, ensures HIPAA compliance, and maintains care within state and federal regulations and company guidelines. Role involves a mix of on-site clinic presence and telehealth to support infusion services, with travel as needed to multiple DFW clinics. Requires active NP/PA licensure, DEA registration, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently while collaborating with the Medical Director and infusion team. The position offers a detailed benefits package, a competitive pay range of $62-$66 per hour, and a hybrid schedule with a typical Monday–Friday workweek, plus travel to other clinics as necessary.
