Advanced Practitioner Hybrid, Mckinney, TX - Full-Time

Advanced Practitioner to oversee infusion care provided by nurses in physician-based ambulatory infusion centers via telehealth; develop and maintain individualized care plans for referred patients; serve as the primary clinical liaison between referring physician offices and the infusion center; ensure care is delivered in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies within scope of practice; perform and oversee infusion-related assessments, review labs, admit appropriate patients for infusion, and document in the electronic medical record; promote HIPAA compliance, collaborate with the Medical Director, and travel to other DFW clinics as needed; hybrid schedule with a few days in McKinney, TX clinic and the opportunity to work from home; compensation $54.00 - $58.00 per hour plus performance bonus; full benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, PTO, tuition assistance, and more.
