Advanced Practitioner - Adults Safeguarding - Older Persons

Job Summary
Deliver high-quality statutory social care including safeguarding, assessment, supervision and care management; develop innovative community solutions and maintain well-being and safety of the community. Build and maintain multi-agency links with partners, providers, professionals, individuals, families and carers to ensure statutory health and social care responsibilities are met to a high standard. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and active involvement in specialist roles as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified social worker or occupational therapist with minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience
- Active specialist roles (Moving and Handling Practitioner, Practice Educator, Approved Mental Health Practitioner, Best Interest Assessor) or willingness to undertake a specialist role within first year
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable own transport

- Residents of Red or Amber list of the WHO Workforce Support and Safeguard List are not supported
