Job Summary
Conduct outpatient gastroenterology clinic responsibilities with occasional hospital rounding, managing patients across the care continuum. Deliver high-quality care within HSHS Medical Group's growing practice, utilizing EPIC EMR and accessing on-site imaging and labs. Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule with no holidays, weekends, or required call. Hold an unrestricted Illinois license and DEA prior to start, with board certification or eligibility required.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted Illinois license and DEA prior to start
- Board Certified
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
- Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of provider work experience
- Experience in GI
- Experience in other specialties
- Doctoral degree in Nursing
- Experience in management of patients across the care continuum
- Board certification from the National Certification Corporation
- Controlled Substance license in state of practice
- Federal DEA license
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
