Job Summary
Remote part-time PMHNP role conducting 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30-minute follow-ups, prescribing and managing psychiatric medications including controlled substances per regulations, integrating brief psychotherapy when appropriate, collaborating with physicians and therapists within an integrated care framework, using data-informed and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans, contributing to a collaborative clinician-led team and building a growing telepsychiatry program without night or weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified PMHNP-BC
- Licensed to practice in Virginia as PMHNP; cross-licensing support and costs covered
- Active DEA license in Virginia
- 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as PMHNP
- Remote telepsychiatry experience or comfort delivering remote services
- Open to obtaining additional state licenses with company support
