Job Summary
Conduct independent patient care within a dedicated Urology practice serving western Vermont, with first-call coverage opportunities. Manage a stable patient population without OR assist responsibilities or weekend office hours. Maintain Vermont licensure and required certifications including ACLS, TNCC, and PALS while completing department-specific de-escalation and restraint training. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program
- Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in Urology or a related specialty
- Vermont licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with national certification
- Vermont licensure as a Physician Assistant with NCCPA certification
- Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC, as applicable)
- Completion of required patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint training per department guidelines
