Advanced Practice Provider Urgent Care - Per Diem

Diagnose, treat, and provide follow-up care for patients in the Emergency Department and Intermediate Care under Medical Director supervision. Complete timely history and physicals, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and prescribe outpatient medications per Vermont Pharmacy Rules. Document all interactions accurately in the electronic health record while maintaining confidentiality. Communicate treatment plans and resources to patients and families, and participate in hospital committees to support cost-saving initiatives. Handle emergency situations and irregular hours as needed.
