Job Summary
Deliver virtual acute care and ongoing patient support through text, phone, and video from the corporate office in Chattanooga, TN. Evaluate and treat acute patient concerns, provide pharmacological treatment via electronic prescribing systems, and coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and imaging. Maintain continuity of care through proactive communication and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience within a text-centered model. Requires an active Tennessee NP or PA license, prescriptive authority, and BLS certification. Full-time Monday through Friday shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work Monday - Friday from 2:00PM - 10:00PM EST
- Completion of an accredited NP or PA program
- Active Tennessee NP or PA license
- Prescriptive authority
- BLS certification
- 1+ years of relevant clinical experience
Desired Qualifications
- DEA license
- Multi-state licensure
- Experience in urgent care or acute care environments
- Typing speed of 65+ WPM
