Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider to join an outpatient Stayton, OR clinic as a full-time, salaried Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Provide primary care tailored to the clinic’s patient population, collaborating with medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, and others. Focus on improving quality and integrating virtual care, plus patient education. Utilizes EPIC EMR. Compensation includes base salary with wRVU bonus potential, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and generous PTO/CME benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in Oregon
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Family or Internal Medicine
- Current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification
