Job Summary
Provide primary care tailored to the clinic's patient population using the EPIC EMR system. Work with medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, and care coordinators in a team-based care model. Engage in quality improvement, virtual care integration, and patient education initiatives. Requires an active Oregon NP or PA license with minimum 2 years' experience in Family or Internal Medicine, plus current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification. Full-time 40-hour week with a competitive base salary plus wRVU bonus potential, including a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and 34 days of PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in Oregon
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Family or Internal Medicine
- Current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification
