Job Summary
Conduct 12-hour patient-facing shifts Monday through Friday, managing an average of 20–22 patients daily at the Sentara Primary Care & Therapy Center in Virginia Beach. Complete 4 hours of dedicated administrative time each day while utilizing the fully integrated Epic EHR and DAX Copilot AI for patient transcription. Work within a team of two physicians and eight support staff in a low-distraction environment with no call rotation. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and includes comprehensive benefits, a $14,400 annual quality performance incentive, and $10,000 in student loan reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Active NP or PA
- Master's Degree
- At least one year of experience as an APP
