Primary care Advanced Practice Provider role in Kirkland, WA within an integrated primary care model. Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner licensure in Washington State (RN license in good standing and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license)
- DEA registration may be required depending on position
