Integrative primary care model with embedded pharmacists, social workers, and psychiatry; focus on coordinated care and excellent patient outcomes. Flexible scheduling and access to ancillary and specialty services (over 30+ specialties within Virginia Mason). Mentorship program and teaching culture to support providers, with ongoing opportunities to contribute to quality improvement and innovative care delivery. Compensation range $136,600.00 - $167,000.00 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner
- Washington State Registered Nurse License and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License are required for this job.
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority.
