Advanced Practice Provider, Part-Time

Job Summary
Participate in departmental scheduling processes aligned with contract provisions and equitable coverage distribution. Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based preoperative/pre-procedural medical evaluations and risk reduction/optimization counseling visits within the Pre-Operative Medicine Clinic. Maintain safe, consistent clinical operations while adhering to departmental workflows, productivity standards, and performance expectations consistent with the CBA and institutional policies. Requires current RN or PA licensure with the Oregon Board/Medical Board, ANCC certification, ACLS, and DEA certification. 3-5 years of critical care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master Degree in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing in the specialty of Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG ACNP) from an accredited program
- Current RN and NP licensure with the Oregon Board of Nursing
- Current ANCC Certification in the area of specialization
- Current ACLS certification
- DEA certification
- Master Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Current PA licensure with the Oregon Medical Board
- Current NCCPA Certification
- Current ACLS certification
- DEA certification
- 3-5 years of previous experience as provider in critical care setting, ideally with experience in a medical intensive care setting
- interest in learning advanced clinical skills required to practice in the ICU environment
