Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients' healthcare problems in a blended inpatient/outpatient practice, spending more than 20% of time in both settings. Apply clinical interventions, evaluate outcomes, and implement changes to the plan of care while anticipating and communicating status changes to meet patient needs. Perform procedures within scope, order tests and therapies in collaboration with the medical staff, and complete thorough, timely documentation. Recognize physical, developmental, and psychosocial distress to provide appropriate interventions and respond to emergency situations based on individual patient needs.

- Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) - South Dakota Board of Nursing
- Physician Assistant (PA) - South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) - Wyoming State Board of Nursing
- Physician Assistant (PA) - Wyoming Board of Medicine
