Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) sought to join a PartnerCare-affiliated regenerative medicine and integrative musculoskeletal care program at Jaffe Sports Medicine in Naples/Cape Coral, FL. The role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations of sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions, developing treatment plans with regenerative therapies (e.g., PRP, prolotherapy, orthobiologic approaches), coordinating procedures under licensure and protocol, educating patients about cash-pay or elective services, and collaborating across clinical and administrative teams to grow a new service line within an established multidisciplinary practice. Requirements include Florida PA/NP licensure, national certification (NCCPA/AANP/ANCC), a minimum of 3 years in orthopedics/sports medicine/PM&R/pain management/regenerative medicine, strong musculoskeletal clinical foundation, ability to operate independently within protocols, excellent patient education skills, and DEA licensure eligibility. BLS is required; preferring ultrasound-guided injections experience and prior cash-pay/regenerative medicine exposure. The position is onsite in Naples and Cape Coral with travel between clinics possible, and offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities to design and grow the service line within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida licensure as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
- National certification through NCCPA, AANP, ANCC, or applicable certifying body
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, PM&R, pain management, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, longevity medicine, hormone health, outpatient procedural medicine, or another closely aligned specialty
- Strong clinical foundation in musculoskeletal medicine with the ability to evaluate and manage orthopedic, sports medicine, pain, and functional presentations
- Direct exposure to regenerative medicine, orthobiologics, longevity medicine, functional medicine, cash pay care, or related patient education models
- Strong patient education skills with the ability to explain complex treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, alternatives, and cost considerations in a credible and compliant manner
- Ability to operate independently within defined protocols while collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, PT, orthopedics, pain management, EMG, operations, and leadership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort helping build a service line where protocols, workflows, and referral pathways are still being developed
- Excellent communication skills, strong documentation habits, professional judgment, and commitment to compliance and patient safety
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred: Prior hands-on experience with PRP, prolotherapy, hyaluronic acid injections, BMAC related workflows, ultrasound guided injections; Experience discussing or coordinating hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV wellness, metabolic health, or active aging services within a compliant clinical model
- DEA license or eligibility to obtain
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program (AANP Certification)
- Maintains current and unrestricted state license with a DEA with Schedule II
- Experience launching new clinical programs, service lines, or community outreach initiatives
- Naples/Cape Coral Southwest Florida population familiarity
