Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider (PA/FNP) needed to join One Community Health's Primary Care team in Hood River, OR. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality primary and urgent care, supporting operations with 14-18 patients per day, and collaborating across OCH health centers. Requires board-certified PA or FNP, Oregon license and DEA licensure, ability to adapt to varying schedules, and willingness to travel. Preferred qualifications include experience in family/general practice, EMR/Epic, FQHC experience, and bilingual English/Spanish. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field.
- Current Oregon License and DEA licensure in good standing.
- Ability to adapt to varying schedules.
- Able and willing to travel and support other OCH health centers when requested.
