Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider (PA/FNP) needed in Hood River, OR to join a Primary Care clinic. Supports operations with an average of 14-18 patients per day and provides high-quality primary care in a clinic setting. Role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. Must be board-certified (MD/DO path), hold Oregon license and DEA, be fluent in English and Spanish, and be willing to travel to support other OCH health centers. Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $130,000 with RVU bonus and a bilingual differential of $0.75 per hour, plus standard benefits and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field
- Current Oregon License and DEA licensure in good standing
- Fluent bilingual English and Spanish communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to adapt to varying schedules
- Able and willing to travel and support other OCH health centers when requested
