Required Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- DEA license
- BLS and ACLS certified
- Physician Assistant: Master's Degree
- Current license (registration) by the state Medical Board of Ohio or applicable state medical board
- Current Certificate to prescribe by the State Medical Board of Ohio
