Advanced Practice Provider – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories while diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illnesses in an outpatient setting. Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and provide patient education and counseling. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical trainings. Requires current Pennsylvania licensure as an NP or PA-C with national certification and at least two years of clinical experience. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.
