Job Summary
Join Gastro Health as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) in Gastroenterology at our Kissimmee, FL location. APPs are valued clinical partners who practice at the top of their scope, manage patient care, guide treatment decisions, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality GI care. We offer GI-specific onboarding and training, a private-practice model with clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and opportunities for long-term career growth. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with outpatient consults and follow-ups, averaging ~18 patient encounters per day. There is one location with no call, hospital rounding, nights, weekends, or holidays. Compensation package includes annual bonus and merit increases, company-paid malpractice with tail, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, and retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida
- Certification as an NP or PA with prescriptive authority
- Fluent bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- Minimum 1 year of APP experience
- GI experience a plus
