Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Active PA or NP license
- 5-10 years of experience in high-touch, service-oriented patient care environments
- Deep passion for Medicine 3.0
- Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Strategic mindset, capable of balancing big-picture medical planning with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, DEA guidelines)
