Advanced Practice Provider, NP or PA, Phoenix, AZ

Conduct complete evaluations for patients of all ages, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and establish working diagnoses in collaboration with urologists. Perform and assist in-office procedures including transrectal ultrasound, cystoscopies, and catheterizations, while providing phone or video consultations for prescription refills. Manage on-call duties and refer complex cases to supervising specialists as needed. Evaluate patients on health maintenance and screen for community resources. Requires an MSN or PA degree, active medical license, and DEA/DPS registration. Full-time position with on-call rotation available in Phoenix, Litchfield Park, Scottsdale, or Sun City.
