Job Summary
Primary care Advanced Practice Provider role in Apple Valley, CA with on-site, no-call/no-travel requirements. Collaborate with a close-knit team (one physician and one APP) in a single-site outpatient clinic focused on adult medicine with limited pediatric care. Flexible scheduling options (4x10 or 5x8 shifts) and a pathway for in-office procedures; target patient volume ~22+ per 10-hour shift. On-site, no relocation duties, with opportunities for mentorship and procedural training; NextGen EHR experience preferred but not required. Start date urgent due to provider departure; local candidates preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active California license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience or comfort with EHR systems (NextGen preferred)
- Open to new grads with right fit
- Ability to work in a high-autonomy primary care role
- Spanish fluency a plus (not required)
- Strong team collaboration with one physician and one APP
- Local candidates preferred (no relocation assistance)
