Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA-C) for Interventional Pain Management at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL. Ambulatory-only outpatient role collaborating with two interventional pain physicians and another APP; responsibilities include evaluating and managing both new and follow-up patients with acute and chronic pain, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supporting interventional pain procedures, coordinating care across the continuum, and providing patient education. Maintains accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and contributes to a high-volume, collaborative pain program with strong physician support. Schedule typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM in an outpatient setting.
