Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant by the Virginia Department of Health Professions
- Complete a PA Agreement with their Collaborating Physician(s)
- Prescriptive authority
- Approval of invasive procedures authorized by the executed PA Agreement
- Support objectives, budget, performance metrics and medical activities at an Individual level
- Implementation of quality control standards
- Risk management
- Compliance programs
