Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider Informatics Lead with MEDITECH Expanse focus seeking NP/PA with strong clinical practice, provider engagement, change management, and clinical informatics experience to drive go-live readiness, adoption, and EMR optimization across large deployment waves. Responsible for planning and executing provider engagement activities (DKO/FKO/ECC), delivering trainings, preparing providers for go-live, facilitating go-live support, and creating provider-facing materials. Will collaborate with clinical, operational, and project leadership to improve workflow adoption and long-term usability of Expanse, and may participate in EMR optimization initiatives, content development, and enterprise-level change management. Requires active clinical licensure, 7+ years of experience, and willingness to travel up to 75%.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted advanced practice clinical licensure
- 7+ years of combined clinical practice and informatics experience
- Experience supporting clinical workflow change, training, and operational initiatives
