Advanced Practice Provider - Hospitalist - NP or PA, Leesburg, FL

Provide scheduled patient services under physician supervision in both hospital and clinic settings, including completing histories and physicals, determining diagnoses, ordering laboratory tests, and counseling patients and families. Participate in all continuing education and training requirements to maintain credentialing standing at assigned medical facilities. Work flexible clinic hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30, with remote phone calls only. Maintain state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with urology experience preferred.
