Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for Overlake Cancer Services' High-Risk Cancer Management and Surveillance Program. You will directly engage with high-risk patients to provide education and treatment planning, coordinate with imaging, genetics, and other specialists to ensure seamless care, and maintain responsibility for planning, administration, and quality management of the program. The role includes participating in research opportunities and collaborating with marketing/outreach to educate the community, as well as involvement in relevant committees and conferences. Reports to the Medical Director; Seattle-area cancer program with EPIC EMR experience preferred. Minimum licensure and training as an APP with strong teamwork and communication skills; prior oncology or cancer genetics interest is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program
- Washington state licensure & DEA
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A curious personality with a willingness to learn new skills and knowledge
