Job Summary
Conduct complex and problem-focused health and history assessments for Heme/Heme Malignancy patients, managing on-treatment side effects, long-term surveillance, and survivorship issues. Perform licensed procedures, monitor for cancer progression or recurrence, and address treatment toxicities while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Participate in cancer clinical research, patient education, rounds, conferences, and committees, and serve as an active member of the Rapid Response/Code Team. All duties are performed under the supervision of an attending physician within the scope of practice.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner training program awarding a Master's degree
- Certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed to practice in the state of Washington
- DEA license upon credentialing/start
- ACLS within 3 months of hire
- Minimum of 1 year of ARNP or PA-C experience in Medical Oncology or Hematology
