Advanced Practice Provider - Hematology Oncology

Join ProMedica Physicians Hematology/Oncology as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform full scope outpatient visits and inpatient rounds, participate in tele-visits, collaborate with a rounding oncologist, support care transitions, educate patients and families on cancer treatment options, contribute to cancer-related research and CCOP trials, document care and patient progress, and participate in weekend and call rotations. The practice serves a large multi-county referral base across NW Ohio and SE Michigan, operates on Epic EMR, and relies on a team of hematology-oncology physicians, APPs, nurses, and technologists in a supportive environment. The role requires master’s-level credentialing for NP/PA, an active medical license in the practice state(s), ACA/AHA certifications, and a commitment to ongoing CME; the position is based at Flower Hospital in Sylvania, OH (with inpatient coverage at Flower and Toledo Hospitals and telehealth support as needed).
