Assess patient physical and psychosocial status through interviews, history, and diagnostic studies. Formulate treatment plans based on laboratory results and practice protocols while implementing admission, discharge, and follow-up care. Conduct or participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds, perform detailed history and physical examinations, and document inpatient H & P and discharge summaries for supervising review. Dictate reports, triage patients, and maintain preventive health services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care, resolve patient care issues, and establish community relationships. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and Baptist Health policies while serving as a role model for staff.
