Job Summary
As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine, you will join a brand-new location at Superior Clinic to provide high-quality patient care in a continuity clinic setting. You will collaborate with Medical Assistants and PSRs, see acute patients, and contribute to an integrated, team-based approach. The role supports a Mon-Fri schedule (7am–5pm) with a workload of 36 hours per week in a clinic that emphasizes patient experience, top-of-license practice, and comprehensive benefits including license reimbursement, CME benefits, malpractice insurance, and retirement planning.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years experience in continuity setting as a provider
- Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
- Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
