Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine needed to open and staff the Superior Clinic in Superior, CO. The role involves collaborating with Medical Assistants and PSRs to provide continuity-care and acute-patient services within a team-driven environment, with a 36-hour weekly schedule (Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm) and potential for extended hours/weekends. Requires five+ years of continuity-setting experience and the ability to manage a mix of chronic and acute visits in a new clinic setting. Compensation is based on experience with an hourly range of $56.76-$87.59, and the package includes medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, CME benefits, malpractice insurance, and license reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider
- Continuity clinic experience with the ability to see acute patients

- Hours Mon-Fri 7am-5pm
