Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine at Superior Clinic, Superior, CO, opening a brand new location. Collaborate with Medical Assistants and PSRs to deliver top-notch patient care in a continuity clinic setting with acute patient visits. Requires five years+ continuity-clinic experience, ability to work extended hours and weekends if needed, and a commitment to high-quality patient experience in a physician-led team. Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and license reimbursement; schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, ~36 hours per week. Location-based care delivery at a brand-new clinic with opportunities to practice at the top of your license.
