Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine at Superior Clinic, Superior, CO, opening a brand-new location. You’ll collaborate with Medical Assistants and PSRs to deliver top-tier patient care, see acute patients within a continuity clinic, and practice at the top of your license. Hours are Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, with shared practice phone call. The role emphasizes patient experience, team-based care, and providing comprehensive primary care in a clinic setting within Intermountain Health’s network. Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years+ experience in a continuity setting as a provider
- Continuity clinic experience
