Advanced Practice Provider - Family Internal Medicine - Part Time - Days - 24 hours Week

Provide primary health care in Family Internal Medicine as an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant) at the Fremont, NE location. Work 24 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with on-call after hours. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing health status, developing and implementing treatment plans, following up on patient outcomes, educating patients and families on medications and health maintenance, preparing prescriptions and renewals, administering medications and immunizations, performing patient consultations and physical exams, obtaining medical histories, coordinating with physicians and other clinicians, ordering ancillary tests, interpreting results, and ensuring age-appropriate care. Maintain professional interactions with patients and staff, participate in telephone triage, and schedule appointments as needed.
