Job Summary
The Advanced Practice Provider will perform clinical patient care under physician supervision, including evaluating patients, obtaining medical histories, performing physical examinations, prescribing medications, and monitoring patient treatments. The position requires a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, along with current certifications and licensure. Additional physical requirements include manual dexterity and the ability to work in various healthcare settings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing for NP or Master's degree as a physician assistant for PA
- Current NCCPA certification and D.C. licensure as a Physician Assistant
- Current ANCC certification and D.C. licensure as an NP
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in critical care settings
- Supervisory experience with healthcare students and interns

- Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull over 100 lbs
