Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C) with cardiothoracic surgery expertise sought to join Virginia Mason Franciscan Health's surgical team in Silverdale, WA. Responsibilities include endoscopic vein harvest, cardiac surgery first assist, Robotic thoracic surgery bedside first assist, and ICU/PCU/medical-surgical rounds. Practice encompasses full-spectrum conventional cardiac and thoracic surgery (excluding VAD, ECMO and transplant), with focus on minimally invasive techniques (including DaVinci XI robot) and robotic foregut/esophagus procedures. APP-driven service with occasional general surgery resident rotations; no subspecialty residents or fellows. Competitive annual compensation in the listed range. Requirements include WA PA license (or ability to obtain), CPR/BLS and ACLS (or ability to obtain), and relevant clinical experience; training for certain techniques may be provided. Located in the Pacific Northwest with hospital-based facilities across the Puget Sound region.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ years APP cardiothoracic surgery experience preferred
