Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider in cardiothoracic surgery to assist surgeons, perform radial artery and saphenous vein harvesting, place Foley catheters and invasive lines, discharge patients from PACU, participate in daily rounds, and handle clinic duties including new H&P and follow-ups; must have APP degree from an accredited program, 1-2 years of First Assist APP experience, CT experience with EVH, Colorado license, BLS, and DEA; position offers base pay plus call pay with an hourly rate range and PRN schedule; located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO.
Required Qualifications
- APP degree from a fully accredited program
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a First Assist APP required - NO NEW GRADS
- 1 year experience in CT with proven independence in EVH
- Active, unobstructed Colorado license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
