Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider in cardiothoracic surgery needed on a PRN schedule. You will assist surgeons during procedures, perform radial artery and saphenous vein harvesting, place Foley catheters and invasive lines, discharge Same Day or PACU patients, participate in daily team rounding, and support clinic duties including new H&Ps and surgical follow-ups. Q3 call includes weekends. Compensation includes base salary plus call pay, with annual range $125,000–$193,000, plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, license reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance. Requires an APP degree from a fully accredited program, 1–2 years First Assist APP experience, 1 year CT experience with independence in EVH, Colorado license (or ability to obtain), BLS and DEA certification, and successful credentialing through Intermountain Health.
Required Qualifications
- APP degree from a fully accredited program
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a First Assist APP
- 1 year experience in CT with proven independence in EVH
- Active Colorado license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
